What data we collect and why
a) Contact forms (Elementor Pro)
When you submit a form, we collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Message content
- Any other field you voluntarily submit
Purpose: To respond to your inquiries.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest (responding to potential customers) or consent.
Storage: Submissions are stored in WordPress database and may be emailed to us. They are retained for 1 year unless a business relationship continues.
b) Analytics (Google Analytics, GTM)
We collect anonymized data:
- IP address (anonymized)
- Pages visited, time on site, referrer
- Device and browser info
Purpose: Improve website performance and content.
Legal basis: Consent (obtained via GDPR Cookie Compliance plugin).
Retention: Google Analytics data retention: 14 months.

Legal basis: Consent for non-essential cookies.
d) No user accounts / registrations
We do not have user login or registration. We do not collect passwords or profile data.
e) WPML language preference
Language cookie stores your preferred site language.
